Design and Ideation

01 / Design & Ideation

Every project begins with a focus on modularity and Design for Disassembly (DfD). Before any physical materials are touched, the architecture of the piece is mapped out to ensure it will be fully service-friendly and repairable.

3D Prototyping

02 / 3D Prototyping

Internal skeletons and complex geometries are tested using rapid polymer 3D printing. This allows for exact fitment tests of all electronic components, mechanical switches, and magnetic structural points.

Metalwork

03 / Metalwork & Finishing

Moving from prototype to final material involves precision metalwork. Components are machined, fitted, and finished to create a tactile, durable, and aesthetically clean exterior housing.

Final Assembly

04 / Electronics & Assembly

The final step integrates the custom PCBs, wiring, and hardware. Because the design is modular, assembly is straightforward and requires minimal permanent adhesives, ensuring the product can be easily serviced in the future.
